Common questions about pricing

We offer a 15% discount on the Build fee for each additional model commissioned in the same engagement. The Maintain fee stays the same per model because monitoring effort scales linearly.

Training compute is included in the Build price for standard workloads (tabular data, moderate NLP). If your project requires large-scale GPU training, for example fine-tuning a vision transformer on millions of images, we will quote the additional compute cost upfront and cap it contractually so there are no surprises.

We ask for a three-month minimum so we have time to establish a baseline and run at least one full retraining cycle. After that, you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Absolutely. Many clients book a Discovery day first and then decide whether to proceed to Build based on the opportunity brief. There is no obligation to continue, and the brief is yours to keep regardless.

Discovery is payable in full before the workshop date. Build projects are split 40% upfront, 40% on proof-of-concept sign-off, and 20% on production deployment. Maintain invoices are issued monthly, net 14 days. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
